Upon entering our holiday villa, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. Two double bedrooms with comfortable beds and Smart TVs invite you to relax, while the small bedroom with a bunk bed and an additional bed is perfect for children. The fireplace room offers a cozy retreat with a sofa bed, ideal for magical winter evenings. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, and the dining room with a fireplace creates a convivial atmosphere for long evenings together. The tavern, with its masonry kitchen, large table, and sofa bed, is the heart of the villa, perfect for gathering and creating unforgettable memories.

For added comfort, we have a changing room with a laundry area and bathroom, accessible from the patio. A reserved parking area ensures convenience, while the approximately 15,000 sqm valley with lawn, accessible from the garden, offers endless space to explore and play.

Free WiFi access is available both inside the villa and in the garden.

Outside, the patio with a wooden pergola and large table allows for outdoor dining, surrounded by the beauty of the garden and with breathtaking views of Mount Matese.
