A journey through our magnificent estate, recently transformed into an exclusive holiday home, located in the picturesque village of Santa Maria del Molise, at the foot of Monte Matese.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a large garden, a true green paradise. Stone paths will guide you, where ornamental olive trees and lush plants enrich the route. A majestic centuries-old oak tree, recognized among the great trees of the Molise region for its age, size, and ecological value, towers over the area, offering refreshing shade and a sense of ancient grandeur.

Everything was exceptional, starting with the host Amedeo, and all the services included in the price. Impeccable cleanliness, from the pool with the option of heated water, to the BBQ, the fire pit, the jacuzzi, the sauna! All of this included in the price, which is more than competitive! It was the best of all the Airbnb

This was the best Airbnb I have stayed at so far. Lucia and her father warmly welcomed us from a distant country and brought us everything we needed at any time. The place was beautiful and cool enough that we didn’t even need air conditioning, even in August. Both the children and adults loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave. If I get the chance, I would love to return. This is the best accommodation!
